Objectives
This is an experiential and experiential workshop . The objective is to share happiness, have a good time, learn how to self-motivate ourselves so that we can use it in our professional and personal lives and take away some tips that will help us in our daily lives, every day!
It is a cheerful and entertaining content that allows us to regain the necessary momentum in the face of a turbulent and disturbing stage. Reconnecting the energy with oneself is essential to keep moving forward with motivation and the desire to continue growing.
