I am Jesús Galán Galán, lawyer with 25 years of experience, coach and lecturer, with a solid professional career that has allowed me to consolidate myself as a reference in communication and training. I am also an actor, writer, communicator and collaborator in radio and television media.

My own experience: Transforming the negative into a positive. I start from my own experience, the lawyer who became a coach. Stress, anxiety and my need for perfection, led me to a path of emotional management to go from my rigid and normative part to my flexible and fluid part.
